Every time I create a new AI model, the first run doesn’t go as smooth as I thought it would.

What was the solution every time? Data quality.

I’ve built Small Language Models, Fine-tuned Large Language Models and Text to Speech Models. Data is always key.

It could be structured better, #labeled better, or simply better quality overall but it always shows that the upstream process best determines the model outcomes.

Recently, I’ve been taking on client #AI development projects, and it’s been the exact same thing. There is no getting around quality data.
